What counts as a user?

A user is anyone who authenticates to TigerAccess. Machine identities (service accounts, CI/CD bots) count as users. AI agents with distinct identities also count as users.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing period. When downgrading, your new rate takes effect at the next billing cycle.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, the Team plan includes a 14-day free trial with full features. No credit card required to start.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers for annual plans, and wire transfers for Enterprise customers.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
